For Apple iOS device users: To earn rewards, you must enable your Internet browser cookies and disable “Prevent cross-site tracking” (browser dependent). This can be actioned in the browser settings or when prompted to do so.

Exclusions: Points are not issued by Apple. To qualify for points you must complete your purchase within the same session you start the purchase without exiting your browser. Opening a new tab or returning later will result in points not tracking.

Products not eligible for rewards are Apple Vision Pro and Apple Vision Pro accessories, Apple Pro Display XDR, gift cards, gift wrap, Apple Developer Programs, AppleCare+ (sold separately), and shipping.

Orders purchased on the Government Stores, University, or other Higher Education establishment' , "Employee Purchase Program Store" or corporate employee stores are not eligible for rewards.

Purchases made redeeming a gift card, or redeeming a gift card and credit together are not eligible for rewards.

Purchases made with coupons or vouchers not sourced from this site may not be eligible for rewards. 

Apple sells and ships products to end user customers only; you may not purchase for resale. Eligible only to a customer for up to five (5) units per eligible product, except iPhone, in which case only two (2) units within a thirty-day (30-day) period are eligible.

Rewards are applied to the value of your purchase excluding GST (or other associated taxes) and shipping costs.

Effective 30 October 2024 the new MacBook Pro 14’ and 16” are not eligible for rewards.

Effective 28 October 2024 the new iMac and Mac mini is not eligible for rewards.

Effective 10 September 2024 The all-new iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 10 and AirPods 4 are not eligible for rewards

Effective 01 July 2024 iPad Pro is now eligible for rewards.

Freight/handling fees and taxes are NOT eligible for rewards.

Gift wrapping or gift card purchases are NOT eligible for rewards.

One to One membership purchases are NOT eligible for rewards.

Purchases using Apple's finance payment options are NOT eligible for rewards.
